Let sit for 5-10 minutes until the noodles are fully softened. In a separate bowl, combine curry powder, turmeric, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water.

Drain the noodles and place them in the pan, together with the sauce mixture and beansprouts.
