Recipe Story

Potato salad may seem like a humble dish, but in the hands of the right chef, it can be a true work of art. I love how versatile it is - you can dress it up with fancy ingredients like truffle oil and smoked salmon, or keep it classic with mayo, mustard, and hard-boiled eggs.

But for me, the true beauty of potato salad lies in its simplicity. It's the perfect side dish for any summer gathering, whether it's a BBQ, picnic, or potluck. And the best part? You can make it ahead of time and let the flavors meld together, so it's even better the next day.
